Departing Employee – In collaboration with my law firm, in house corporate counsel & HR clients, we work to implement custom offboarding plans to ensure company confidential data does not depart with termed employees.
Onboarding New Hires – An extension of the Departing Employee offering. It is used as a proactive safeguard to ensure new hires are not in possession of any confidential data from outside organizations.
Compliance Monitoring – Ensure key employees are adhering to internal policies and procedures regarding data access, data sharing and the discussion of confidential company initiatives.
